I'm sure every company selling any type of insurance here in the RoI would have to be registered to do so and act within our financial regulatory framework and i doubt there would be tax liabilities attached to such policies.

Most of the Insurance companies trading in Ireland are registered and Regulated overseas just like a lot of legal firms .A lot of the top British Legal firms are partnering with European and Irish firms to circumvent any disturbances caused by brexit .The problem for Axa or Aviva is they are British Registered Firms big European registered Firms will protest that they can write business in Europe without incurring European Stamp duty if they are outside the ECB regulation so they may have to pay european stamp duty on top of their british stamp duty on policies if they wish to continue to write business .There are a lot oh hidden costs to Brexit and A level playing field will really mean stuffing the Brits .I read on some webpage that there could be about a 9% premium for british firms compeating in europe .On the upside if the brits dont compete for the business there might be more european based insurers willing to write taxi or life policies and costs might actually come down .

Most of these companies are now AXA DAC or AVIVA DAC,
EBS is called EBS DAC, we had to change our house insurance policy to say EBS DAC to make sure everything was in order

Talking of passports... I noticed we're being scanned in to the country now. Big Brother is watching our every move.

Now you're coppin it. Eamon Holmes, the big Nordy on the TV, was chatting to David Icke on his weekend radio gig and remarked he thought Mr Icke was for the birds up until recently when he had been chatting to his Mrs in Belfast about flights home from London........lo and behold, he now knows about Algorithms........his top of the range media pad began to besiege him with last minute flights etc. He asked Icke where it'll end and Icke laughed.......

Dollymount .The contract to fix CCTV along the border at the non maned crossing points is up for tender Big Dommos Youngfellas company are in for it .It specifically says non manned crossings not just border crossing points so reading between the lines there must be manned ones .OR to tiddle the scrotum of the Nationalists they say no hard border so they might monitor the crossing points with CCTV and have mobile interceptor Customs Units .Looks like some sort of Brexittypethingorother (all one word )is on the books

John I have to say,I dont any of it will matter.there is far to much opposition to brexit happening at all by the people who just cannot accept democracy, and what the people votes for
I am more convinced then ever there will be a second vote, and it will massively overturn the original result.the scum in the EU,played a blinder by totally beating the British people into submission..

Thats why I am saying the EU dont respect democracy.we keep getting told to go back and vote till we get it right.in the case of Britian, they have managed to turn brit against brit in a very sneakey way, then they have the cheek to slag off the Russians for Interfering in other countries elections

This argument has been done to death now.....where is this democracy you speak of, Dalyer? It's a figment of people's imaginations.

There is no democracy.the EU wont accept the result of any referendum if its not in line with their wishes.that is the very apposite of democracy
