Check out their "Bus Connects" plan if you doubt they'll move the goalposts. Monkeys conducting surveys asking for advice on new spinal routes....unbelievable.

You'll get a 7k grant if you buy a Nissan Leaf. They don't want anymore diesels. If ya want reduced VRT buy an electric car. It's government policy already.

Ye see sclass.....the NTA set the rules as per MFH post.....but watch out for the moving goalposts!!

Just goes back to Taxi drivers not giving a fuck about their industry.
The NTA are well aware of the lack of cohesion in the industry,
Not that it will happen any day soon,
But  the NTA will continue to move the Goalposts because they know they can,
With no retaliation from the unorganised rabble,
Taxi drivers will continue to take it up the Swiss,
By the way,
They can show their Grant up there Swiss,
I won't be driving Lecky any day soon,

They’ll give you 7k as a grand but don’t forget that you won’t be spending money on fuel so that’s €100 less each week on fuel which means your tax deductible is €5k less so the government will get their money back off of you

But surely you must see that the drivers can change that if they want to.I cannot believe how little drivers seem to care about their livelihoods ,and their industry

As Hal notes, drivers are happy to hand over 12% to the Germans, DM. On some jobs they even charge an extra €2.00 and they don't seem to have any problem covering the work.

Very little in the y/e 30 Apr '17. Still, we should qualify for SUSI grants on the back of it! It's a great little country we live in.

As Ratty say...yes you can....you can also get a grant towards the installation of a home charger, the ESB were installing them free to the first x amount of customers but i'd say that quota is well filled at this stage.
