Got the Card this morning .It entitles the holder to use most Dublin City Gyms or Swimming pools for 13 euroa month if your over 55 they are not to strict on the age if you look it .There is an extra bonus like reduced entry into other Corpo venues and museums but there is a 4% discount on your shopping at Tesco if you use your card to get a Tesco card .If your Hen is spending a ton and a half a week on the Groceries from tesco thats a saving of 150 a year just for using the card .The card costs a tenner .

I gave her me fuck off look .I had enough exercise for one day had to park in the Ballyfermot Club and walk across the Road .

Something tells me you're quite fit and healthy, John. You seem to run yourself down far too much....I'd say you do "The Iron Man" every summer.

You could shave a couple of stone off by cutting down on the carby grub and just walking everyday. Large lads lose lard quicker. Pissing against the wind if you just exercise. Theres no easy way around it, there has to be a calorie deficit.

If youre 22 stone your daily calorie allowance is 2420 kcals per day if you want to lose 1lb pw.

Thats the equivalent to roughly 12 cans of guinness or a Fresh cod, chips and 2 slices of buttered batch and a cup of scald with milk or
3 medium big mac meals with Diet coke per day.

Or you could eat tons of rabbit food with skinless chicken for breakfast, dinner an tea. Most diets allow for endless amounts of vegetable. Bottom line. Some willpower is required.
