Those of us who work up above in Dublin should be allowed carry guns for our own protection anyway... Trump would let us.

We need more travis bickles  armed taxi drivers cleaning up the filth on the streets.... Anyway it's not fair that only the criminals have them.....

Look on the Bright side, ya don't live in Louth !

Indeed, DM. However, the current deal (more of a framework) seems to be leaning towards maintaining free movement of people and staying within the customs union...

I work up above in Dublin so I experience complete breakdown of law and order, sometimes on a daily basis. It's frustrating to see open gangland warfare destroy the city and equally frustrating to see it spread to rural towns and villages. It's not a laughing matter, Gardai seem to have very little interest in enforcing the law, particularly in working class areas.

By contrast, my sister who lives in what would be considered to be an affluent rural area of Fingal recently noticed what she thought was prowlers climbing a gate into her garden from her field and within 10 minutes her property was surrounded by Gardai on the ground with a helicopter providing light. Fortunately it just turned out to be a couple of over enthusiastic "lampers".

A good one.
A neighbour set his dog on an intruder in his back garden.
The intruder was let's say "Unsettled "
When arrested he said he was looking for his Drone.
His accomplice in a white van had a control unit.
The Resident was made pay a Grand in Compo.

Progress as you called it, John. Sucking a queen off behind the AIG on Spencer Dock now carries a special commendation from the U.N. and Amnesty.

What would happen if a lad with a cock like a Trombonr Players arm decide to gender reassign himself as a Lady would it be allowed line out for the Irish Womens Rugby Team or would some of the Lesbians on the team feel threatened .
