Maybe im wrong,but I took it to mean the EU  are now prepared toto give LEGALcertainty that it will not be of indefinite duration,I dont know,but thats what I took it to mean,and in those circumstances,I feel she would have a good chance of getting it through parliament

The backstop will only remain indefinite until the border poll is announced. Varadkar has to accept everything thrown at him, not so the English Parliament.

Well lippy,im assuming the deal will be passed tonight in the commons,and on that basis I would be happy with the terms contained therein.obviously I dont have knowledge of what the deal contains FULLY,but from what I DO know as a brexiteer it offers me everything I want.I am also. HOPING this will be the beginning of the end of the EU, for the reasons I've already stated
