No, and there should never be. Anyone going post-grad should have to fund it themselves. The fees back in the 80's stopped me going...the grant system was fucked as it was designed for millionaire farmers in Kildare and Meath. Although, I'm sure there's still a Tax covenant break for those paying fees?

You often hear people say they are the type that has to be doing something,that they could not sitbe around all day doing nothing.I on rhe other hand are the complete opposite.I could willingly sit around all.day  watching repeats of fools and horses,steptoe andthe son,and faulty towers.I could do it at night also

There are plenty of grants just a matter of looking .A lot of small grants from local credit unions and local busnisses are sometimes available its just a matter of research .
