My oh 16 was zero when it was NCT'd too... first time I've seen a smoke reading of 0.00... but VAG know how to get through them tests, I guess.

You'd want to be completely erm to hand over 10 large for an oh 12 Reno... you'd easily get a 16 for that money. Another point on the Laguna... look where the "key" slots in... far too easy for a traveller to snatch.

If you fancy a 16 Auto Octy you could have a look at this one:

I keep me key card in my pocket...
Inanyways I wouldn't have traveller's in me car

Well known renter has a few of the fluences on the road, he/she suggests that they’re grand to get you out of a hole for a year, he/she is slowly going the hybrid route with fresh wanked out priusi from Japan.

Erm for what you are doing I’d highly suggest a Prius+.

If you we’re to stay diesel I’d buy a wat, very low initial costs and at the lowest end of the age scale you can get 9 years (131/132) out of a wanked out panel van - excuse the pun!

turns out it is the heater core part costs under a ton but labour is big as you need to strip the dash .Cheap solution by pass the core and fit an electric demister .change out of a score .

If he went the WAV route would the gender fluid renter you refer to be interested in renting his saloon plata, Panel?
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

The Erm could “convert” his saloon plata to a WAV plata, and get the grand(depending on what year yoke he buys) then in 3+ years time he could “convert” the WAV plata back to a saloon plata.

Why would he do that when he can get a new WAV plata with all the grants for the same price... and rent out the saloon plata.

Because renting out plata saloon can be a pain in the arse. Car needs to be transferred to plata owners name and then plata owner needs to get insurance, every year blah blah

The gender fluid renter would take care of all that... all he'd have to do as the owner is collect (and declare) his c.€32/week... sure it'd cover the diesel for the van.

Nope nope and nope
The plate owner, and now vehicle owner, would have to take out the insurance policy, needs to be present, for each and every renter

As far as I’m aware the plate holder sets up a insurance policy with the rentee as the named driver (using the rentees NCB) the plate holders name is on the top of the insurance cert and the rentees name is on the policy where it says ‘drivers who are insured’.

The plate holder would have to put the proposed vehicle in his name.

On renewals of insurance policy and LRAs I’m not sure the plate holder has to be present, although some gender fluid renter could tell otherwise.

I'm sorry, but when I see "gender fluid" written I just think "semen or vaginal secretions" ? Probably just my single track mode of thought.
Trump has called for help, so I'm on a plane heading for The Strait of Hormuz, talk soon.
