That's him yea bullits ...ya probly get it in  hospital  oops
......I got an ulcer yers ago but I was takin diclofenac for 2 yers for me bleedin back ........then they " experts" wanted to put me on sumtim else for the ulcer caused by the diclofenac an the depression   cause i was depressed wit a bad back  an drowin in me own blood every mornin ......then they gav me anti depressents ........an then one day i realised the " experts"  wer poisinin me to death  an I fuked the hole lot in the bin ...
An then I started to get better .....slowly buy surely little by little ......
Now I'm fit as a fiddle again ...apart from bean a bit of a mad cnut   oops O:-)

It wasn't just the ulcer that burst now they tell me it was a blood vessel as well that the ulcer is attached to. I mightnt be going home today now they said. Fcuk sake.

Thanks John, means a lot old pal. I was so looking forward to going home today and now I'm probably not. Its like getting a return fare to Cork with Cindy Crawford and then getting cancelled just as you pull up outside the hotel. Fluke sake.

I had an ulcer about 5 years back, fookin sore thing and most likely brought on by a food fad I had at the time fer chips and curry from the chipper, I had a lot of your symptoms except fer the ass bleeding. I went to GP and got referred to hospital who did a load of tests to diagnose the ulcer, got a shite load of tabs and pain killers and sent home the same day, right as rain a few days later but never ever eaten a curry since.

I have to agree with John M, when I read about the bleed I was worried, bleeding is always a very bad sign.

It's over,  they let me home. On a shit load of tablets for the next few weeks and have to go down the doctor in 2 weeks  to give blood again to test haemoglobin levels but it looks like I got off lightly.  Thanks for all the support and remember, as the title says, get yourselves checked! Pony fill this in CORRECTLY      https://www2.hse.ie/services/schemes-allowances/drugs-payment-scheme/apply/.  Im sure with Lockdown part of last year you will qualify .You only pay MAX 80 a month .You will have to pony up this month but apply for a refund .When you get the Card next month you give it into the Chemist they charge you max 80 a month and they apply to the HSE for the balance .
