They should have shut the Pub/Restaurant's as well, quite a few of them are not behaving properly in respect of the covid rules. Not fair that a "Normal" pub cant open to serve gargle yet the Pub/Restaurants can do what they like (kinda)

They did say that those pubs that are open should observe the rules... hopefully not too closely!
