Gdpr rules say u can't give numbers
She didn't give me anything for returning laptop
I asked a Question here and nobody replied .Where is Bubba ? You find stuff it is not your stuff LEGALLY you must try to return it .We have the Garda dropp offs .But the Question I asked was what is our Legal requirement ? To drop it off as soon as we find it ?
Drop it off the next time we pass By
Drop if off when ever you feel like it .
There is a law of Larcny thru finding .If you do not make a reasonable effort to reunite the owner with the goods .In fact the Onus might legally be on you as the Finder to return the Goods to the owner at your expense as you do not own the goods .
If you get a REWARD for return that is down to the Customer .I once returned 980 euro in Cash to a Man who dropped it in the Car at Heuston Iran after him and he asked me to wait I thought I was going to get a small reward but he was checking it was all there .I found a Phone about a week after it was lost it belonged to a garda I returned it to my local station under his instruction and he sent me a 50 euro one for all voucher .
Botton line if you find anything in your car you must legally return it .It is not yours .
