Signed up with Revolut, transferred €100. Requested a card 3 times, and they still keep inviting me to request a card, but don't send one. Just get inconclusive flying drones when I order a card. Any ideas?
Trump has called for help, so I'm on a plane heading for The Strait of Hormuz, talk soon.

It's not as straightforward as it ought to be but follow this carefully.

Click Dashboard at the bottom of the screen.
Click the question mark - one of two icons top right.
scroll down and click New Chat.
On next couple of screens don't click "Got It", click the little blue link "chat to us" - you may need to scroll down to find it.
Type your question as concise as possible, probably just verification issue
When a bot answers (should be straight away) type "live agent"
You should then go into a queue and be asked for more detail, give a bit more detail e.g. I've submitted the required documents 56 times and still can't get verified.
Close the app - it'll send a notification to your phone when the live agent answers (can take days, they have lot's of issues apparently)
Continue the conversation as required by going to Dashboard -> Question Mark -> Current Chat - should be shown with latest response and can be used regardless of whether the chat is listed as open or closed.

Bit of a rigmarole but probably woprthwhile as you go up north frequently. Alternatively you could try N26. The brother has that and the exchange rates and system are similar to Revolut... and I think it's a real bank, albeit Jeeerman.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

I've got two cards with no bother so far... well, when I say no bother, the first stopped working hence the need for the second... I had to use the chat process above to get that FOC, a process that took c.5 days - two days for the first live agent response, another two days as they wanted me to try the card again after fucking about with some settings at their end and another day for them to finally agree to send another which I received about a week later... and have yet to use!

I thought the IBAN number thingy meant we could do business all over Europe & presumably have your bank account anywhere in Europe you wanted?

This is what happens when I try Sum Up

Anyways, do youse not think you'd be raising a red flag with Revenue if you start paying your money into a British-based bank account?
