App is getting Worsterer Rat had problem getting a fare accepted .I had job dissapeared off screen passenger wanted Merrion Hotel but meant Merrion Road Clayton .I got them there got paid BUT when I totaled up I had to much coin so not sure if I got paid twice Card and Cash so I sent an E mail with clear instruction IF the customer contacted them they could refund out of my earnings .Clearly if the CUSTOMER CONTACTED THEM as I was not certain I double charged if I was I would of stated that clearly .I got an e mail stating they had refunded and deducted but no conformation if the customer had in fact contacted them then I got the usual infantile direction to be careful in future and a link to how the fucked up app is supposed to work .No sense in trying to be honest with this shower the incompetence seems to go right through the system not just the app.
