Blue Line direction

Noticed the direction finder on Metaxi shrinks down to about an inch on screen until you approach the destination Is it my phone settings or are they acting the bollox again with the app.

Hasn't resolved since the last update John.....i'm actually enjoying looking at the street names at the top instead of following a blue line...but being the consumate professional driver i know where i'm going!!

App is getting Worsterer Rat had problem getting a fare accepted .I had job dissapeared off screen passenger wanted Merrion Hotel but meant Merrion Road Clayton .I got them there got paid BUT when I totaled up I had to much coin so not sure if I got paid twice Card and Cash so I sent an E mail with clear instruction IF the customer contacted them they could refund out of my earnings .Clearly if the CUSTOMER CONTACTED THEM as I was not certain I double charged if I was I would of stated that clearly .I got an e mail stating they had refunded and deducted but no conformation if the customer had in fact contacted them then I got the usual infantile direction to be careful in future and a link to how the fucked up app is supposed to work .No sense in trying to be honest with this shower the incompetence seems to go right through the system not just the app.

I'm surprised some of dem immigrant drivers haven't hit a wall or a lamppost in Kilmacud with the way the mapping is.

Its not just the app .I counted my coin at midnight thats my taxable earnings for last year .I continued to work and had a score more in readies than my totals .I thought what job did I do for a score after midnight where could it come from I thought it was remotely possible I had double charged so I informed the company of the POSSIBILITY they just decided to refund as far as I can see as the email never confirmed on what grounds they handed over my earnings .But the fucking condescending warning to be a good boy in future and a link to a OS that relates to the fourth rate app rather than proper information on what grounds the refund was made and if they followed my instruction to the letter and God forbid but a thank you for informing them and protecting their brand .

Could you just look at your FN Job history and see if the fare was listed as paid in Cash or Card ?

Ken it was paid by card but I was not sure if I also got cash so I informed then there might be an anomaly I was not certain but it seems like they just handed back my money I clearly offered instruction IF THE CUSTOMER CONTACTED THEM .they never informed me that they followed my instruction just that they handed over my cash .Driver services are crap app is crap if another operator enters the market and focuses on Driver satisfaction metaxi are bolloxed .

If you informed them you got paid by cash and they saw that the payment was processed as an account,then what's the problem John?
