I was down with Big Dommo this morning Brought Bridie Skully to the Post Office to get her pension so Dommo could get the Score he loaned her a forthnight ago anyway none of that matters I dont even know why I typed it .Ok yeh I do it was to set the scene ,Bridie is giving out about early closing to stop the fever until Dommo says a  Cop on Bridie thats not why they are closing early its because they  have been told  the Pubs and Restaurants lit up like a Grafton Street and they were warned there was a shortage of Electricity .If the pubs stayed open and wasted the electricity then there would not be enough electricity left for the Hospitals .Ah now I see they want to make us all miserable so we sit in darkened rooms and get back to drinking at home before they double the price of a can on New Years Day .If only this wasent true .

We're both booked in for the booster vaccine on Monday in the local pharmacy. I'll up my hours to four per day then.

Seems to be real, advised not to arrive more than 5 minutes before. Had a pax who was there on Tuesday and said that it was very efficient, but the vax was more debilitating, and she took the next day off.

My arm swelled a bit but nothing that would keep you off the Golf Course .I got 3 Pfisers now they recon I should of gotten the nearly out of date Moderna .

Neither had we. I rang the chemist and he offered to do both on Monday, all he needs is our PRSI number to inform the HSE.
I wonder will he throw in the flu vaccine seeing as I've never had it before? Hmm!

Just got a text from my doc to make an appt, would have been handier if it had come earlier, last week he was only doing +70s. I'll stick with UCD tomorrow. A relative (42) got a text from his quack today to make an appt.

Stick with the UCD appointment. Then you can throw attending UCD into any taxi conversation.Yaah, studied Microbiology!

Just been told that my daughter's husband (double vaxed) has tested positive, as have the two friends with whom he was out, ( also double vaxed). My daughter still tests negative (unvaxed). All with mild symptoms.

I got the Moderna booster @ 12 Noon on Sat, just the tiniest bit achy in the arm, but in reality ya would want to be thinking of it ta feel it.
Did a 9 hour Sat split-shift after (+ Bobo), No problems !
