Why wait till next week use your intelligence .Our army or police service wouldnt win a bar fight if they told us to stay in and we didnt then what ,they would lose control Big Dommos grankids would rob banks .I was looking at the crowds in the supermarkets wondering why did the q to pay just walk out if one did it all would follow who could stop them .My mate who supplies casual labour has been asked to recruit lads to work the doors in a major supermarket chain to stop a major raid by organised criminals .
So your mate who supplies casual labor is going to recruit lads to work the doors of supermarkets without them having the required PSA licenses? If it’s casual labour the lads won’t have licenses and 5erefore cannot be used as door staff.

Just watched the news on BBC4, it's really kicking off in Europe.  Lots of countries are closing their borders.  Holland has even banned flights from Italy (2 no-border Schengen countries).  Airline industry is fukked!

& The UK is sticking out for going a different direction...

Trump is doing a press conference any minute now.  God help us all  >:D

I get the impression that our far eastern friends created a "Mild" form of this sh1t and have decided to fling it around the world as a warning shot to us all and also to weaken our immune systems, if they have a cure they aint going to share it any time soon.

Just wait till the next shot of gear they decide to send us, we will be totally fcuked then.

Im so confused about this bloody illness benefit payment.here is the questions im trying to get answers to,and nobody including the citizens info are very clear.firstly,I know you have to have a letter from a doctor,I understand that, but do you actually have to HAVE coronavirus,or if like me you are high risk and advised to self isolate do I qualify ?
Sounds you need a note from your GP or a hospital doctor.  Here's the official line.  Read both.

The Government has also stated that self-employed people will be able to get either Illness Benefit or Supplementary Welfare Allowance.

How to Apply
Step 1

If you are an employee or self employed and feel you may be suffering from Covid-19 or may need to self-isolate, you should contact your doctor by telephone.

If the doctor is satisfied that you have Covid-19 or that you should self-isolate, they will advise you accordingly.

The doctor will then complete a medical certificate on your behalf and send this directly to the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection.

To receive a payment, you will need to provide your doctor with your:

You might as well claim because there is Fook all work out there !

I have made a claim, but there is a huge amount of confusion amongst the people dealing with it.inspite of the fact that a doctor has signed me off for two weeks with an instruction to self isolate, and she sent the cert to the people dealing with it,one person in there said im not entitled to claim, another said I am and another said she didnt know honestly thats the truth
